Cape Foulwind

Just out of Westport is Carters Beach, and further down, Cape Foulwind and the Seal Colony.  Here’s some unexpected excerpts from our visit …

The Seal Colony proved to be underwhelming (after Kaikoura) but this person chose the the picnic area to call home. As a Kiwi, I felt embarrassed as there were many foreign tourists passing by
